  • Paneer cut into small pieces
  • 2 onions
  • Oil
  • 3 cloves
  • 4 black pepper
  • 2 cinnamon
  • 2 green chilies
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste
  • Cashew paste
  • Half cup curd
  • Half cup cream
  • Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Green cardamom powders

Method:- (Shahi Paneer Step By Step Method)

First, cut the paneer into small pieces, then chop the onion in half a piece and boil it in half cup water and cool it down.

Now make a paste of it. Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and fry in it.

After this add green chili, onion paste and cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes until the color does not come.

Now add garlic and ginger paste and cook it for a while and cook. Now add cashew paste and cook it.

Then add yogurt and cook till the water is dry. Now add cream, garam masala, salt, paneer and stir it. Sprinkle green cardamom powder from above and serve hot.
